We are looking for a Google Workspace Specialist for an assignment with a client in Stockholm, responsible for ensuring that the organization's cloud-based workplace operates smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You will work with the entire lifecycle of SaaS systems, from evaluation and implementation to operation and decommissioning. You will lead integrations between Google Workspace and other platforms, create access policies, implement security solutions, and optimize the use of tools for the entire organization.

You will be a key person in migrations, integrations, and continuous improvement of the digital workplace, collaborating closely with other departments such as HR, finance, and development to create solutions that work for everyone.

Your Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, and other SaaS tools
• Implement and manage IAM solutions and security policies
• Lead migrations, for example from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace
• Integrate Google Workspace with other systems and automate onboarding/offboarding
• Evaluate and introduce new digital tools, as well as decommission outdated systems
• Monitor usage, analyze system data, and suggest improvements

Your Profile

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in system administration or similar roles
• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace and its applications
• Experience with integrations with IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, OneLogin)
• Understanding of security solutions, MFA, and MDM
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Preferred:

• Experience with migrations from Microsoft 365 or other platforms
• Knowledge of Slack, 1Password, Confluence, Jira, or similar SaaS tools
• Experience with automation and scripting for cloud service administration
